You can choose to use PayPal as it is the safer, easier way to pay online. You can also pay with your credit card via PayPal even if you don’t have a PayPal account. Otherwise we also accept payments via Internet Bank Transfer.
shipping & handling: all orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post. Once an order has been placed and payment/s are received, please allow up to 14 days for production and delivery. Your lodgement and tracking information will be emailed to you when your order is processed - if you do not receive this email, please check your Spam. Lace & Grain is not responsible for the theft or damage of a parcel once it has been delivered. Should there be any issues with your parcel not arriving within this time frame, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
international Shipping: we are excited to announce that all International orders are now shipped via DHL Express International. Once an order has been placed and payment/s are received, please allow up to 21 days for production and delivery. This time may vary according to your location.

Some Countries charge a Customs fee upon the arrival of goods depending on the order total. Payment responsibility is upon the customer.
returns: when a product does not meet the requirements below, we will then arrange for the purchased items to be exchanged free of charge.
All returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
• If product becomes defective through no fault of the buyer or via shipping.
• If the product does not match the description confirmed in the invoice.
We are not responsible for lost items during shipping return, we advise the use of REGISTERED POST. Returns are to be sent to the address below along with relevant paperwork, and any prior contact made with Lace & Grain via email must be noted.
